Crane hook is a device for grabbing and lifting loads, such as a hoist or crane.
Lifting hook is usually equipped with a safety latch to prevent the disengagement of the lifting wire rope   sling, chain or rope to which the load is attached.
It is connected with pulleys to hang on the wire rope of lifting mechanism.
Hooks can be classified into single hook and double hooks according to the appearance; forged hooks and strapped hooks according to production method.
A hook may have one or more built-in pulleys to amplify the lifting force. 
Application: It is widely used in all kinds of machines for lifting goods.

For this hoist hooks with safety latch, we have two different types, one is 5000lbs, another is 7000lbs. Please contact me if you need other specification, we can csutomize as per your requests.


1. Can I negotiate the prices?
Yes, we may grant discount for FCL of mixed products or bulk orders of individual products. Sometimes, we may launch some promotion, more discount would be granted.
 
2. What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ has been indicated on the product page, we can accept small orders, prices will be higher, though.
 
3. How long do you need for production and delivery?
Normally, for regular designs and models, we need 20-35 working days to produce after receive your deposit and all order details are confirmed. Different order quantity, different delivery time, please confirm with us when you are ready to place an order.
 
Transportation by sea or by air, Customs clearance and inland transportation will need, another 20-35days. So please place orders in advance to make sure you have products to sell on busy season.
 
4. What warranties you have for your products?
If you find defects after you receive the products, please send us defects photos with quantity so we can check the reason, if it is quality problems or our faults, we would cover your loss, send replacements or grant special discount for your coming orders.
 
We shall not be liable for any discrepancy of the goods shipped due to causes for which the Shipping Company, other Transportation Organization /or Post Office or in consequence of any Force Majeure incidents which might occur. Force Majeure as referred to in this contract means unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions.
 
If it is quality problems or damage caused by inappropriate packing method, we will cover the loss. Need 1-3 working days to find out the reason and tackle for you.
 
5. Payment terms: 
Standard term is 30% deposit by T/T in advance, pay the balance before shipment. Long-term business partners can get better terms like LC, N.E.T.
